I'm fortunate to be recognized as one of the most prominent and innovative voices in the contemporary music scene in Spain. Based in Barcelona, I blend my role as a songwriter, fusing avant-garde pop, electronics and polyphonic traditional music, with projects that explore the realms of sound, technology and art. During the last years, I’ve released two full-length albums that have garnered significant acclaim, including awards like Best National Record, Best New Artist, Best Pop Album, and Best National Song at the Independent Music Awards, Premi Ciutat de Barcelona, and Ojo Crítico de RTVE, Premio Ruido, among others, in collaboration with Marcel Bagés. I've had the privilege to perform at prestigious festivals like the Sónar 2022 Festival, where I presented the show Hipertutopía with the “Orfeó Català” girls' choir, and on esteemed international stages such as the TED Talks event in Vancouver 2023.

In my role as a composer, I've contributed to various projects, including the sound piece AIR for the Venice Architecture Biennale 2021 and SIRENA for the Hipermirador Torre Glòries 2022. SIRENA is a generative choral piece that reacts in real-time with the big data of Barcelona, developed in collaboration with producer John Talabot. Additionally, I co-direct, alongside curator Jose Luis de Vicente, the sound essay "Cada capa de l'Atmosfera" (CCCB 2022), which explores the connection between sonic consciousness and the climate emergency, earning nominations for two ONDAS awards. I’ve had a lot of fun creating Maria CHOIR (2023-2024), an interactive human-AI sound installation that has been presented in the exhibition “AI:Artificial Intelligence” curated by Lluís Nacenta and hosted by CCCB, in collaboration with BSC and Axolot.com. Currently, I'm exploring the potential of synthetic voice models generated with artificial intelligence in a project with the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, having won the S+T+Arts grant. I’m also deeply engaged in composing my next album, marking my debut full-length solo release…which I’m so excited to share with you soon <3
